A TWO DAY LEARNING, TEACHING AND DISCOVERY OCCURRENCE

The events length and approximate schedule.

> 2 days

> Overnight is always an option for participants.

- Over night not required

> 9:30 - 5:00 day one 9:30 - 3:00 day two

The foundations of exercises and agenda.

I. Introduction / explain agenda / movement / welcome

II. Opening introductions.

- Each participant will be asked to give their name and place of work.

- Each participant will be asked to explain what it is they do as if they are speaking to a young child.

III. Small group activity.

- Each person will speak a bit about Awhat I want to do as opposed to what I do @.

- Each person may comment on how this changes them and the person being served.

- The group will listen to all participants and formulate the Abig Idea @ of the group conversation. That is, what are the major themes that emerged from the groups discussion. This is presented to the large group.

IV. Group research, reflection and learning experience preparation.
